Being a central psu,still lot of facilities are deprived. pay commission is due. Plant is 3 decade old and maximum maintenance needed, very remote location.

Nothing no career growth,no salary hike,no travel compensation and benefits,no job training,no innovative technologies and poor work life balance,I want to change my company as soon as possible and even ready to take any risk.

Good work and family life balance, little interruption of electricity and water supply at quarters, Daily market is nearby.

Under utilisation of manpower, Inequality, lobby and favouritism in giving promotion and giving job responsibilities, Poor decision making, little dedication and efforts of some officers in top management towards improvement of the company, Guilty employees were saved and instead awarded and promotion which had contribution in accident in the plant.

Really gives the license to work as you want . Work environment is good and hospital is very beautiful which is newly constructed few months ago.

Dislikes

Almost everything good now , just need few more doctors in Bvfcl hospital to compensate the workload. I am hopeful more doctors will come in near future

I could acquire my professional qualification , PGDPM from NIPM Kolkata during my service at Production Deptt of the company. As a result I could able to achieve the position of Manager(Admn) at the verse of retirement.

Dislikes

Due to delayed setting up of new brownfield Ammonia - Urea project as Namrup -IV under PPP/JV mode , the atrition rate of qualified manpower has become increased.
