Need to improve behaviour from every state of women/girl.not only Assamese will get preference. This is PSU, central,need to respect every state of people. Initially I have face so many problems regarding this. Need to deal with the quality of a person, not a zonal differences. Need to improve this.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.our career growth rate is slow .. There is no promotion policy for higher education

If u r going to job in govt side thats nice ,but if u r in third party no leaves ,no off days , shortage of reliving staffs , harassment for giving experience certificate .they didn't provided an experience certificate after my 2 yr service. Some managers are inhuman in terms of leave etc . U r not provided with public holidays ... And all these r happening under a govt organization ..irony
