College is far from city 30 km no travelling facility.payment is so delay no other facility like Hra,pf use of staff only for collection of fees, admission and political work because chairmen is belong to political background, the head of the institute is only recognize principal and accountant only. No workshop for professional development, i think most of the working staff is ladies and teacher to gain experience.most of the staff somehow complete academic year, notice period is 4 month which is horrible though some staff serve notice they don't get notice period or some know it so they just leave without notice period. Admission and cash flow is well but head of institution is not willing to maintain institute well only aiming money it was started.even in lock down all staff completed their duties work from home lather it was denied on the basis of thumb report.
