Nothing new can't be learnt here, they just treat us like cash cow and make us work in client places with some repetitive mediocre work,in name of salary hike they give us bare minimum, Overall your career would downfall if you stay for long.

Company policy and Work Culture, usually in a company coworkers have a perception that we have to come on time, wear formal attire, etc, but in BPU AND Co we can come and work at our own comfortable timings, and it's just about tasks whether you want you can work from home or in a cafe or at office premises.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
