The management is pathetic, the payment is worse and the managers don't know anything about how to manage publishing. No training is provided and any changes in the appointment letter or freelance contract won't be notified to the respect employee. Not at all a great place to work. They don't know anything about Acquisition.

The key leadership lacks concrete strategy and investment capabilities to build enough resources to sustain a rather over-ambitious vision.
