JD wrong. No learning opportunity. The manager will not support you despite you are right. Poor IT Infra. No Risk Manager in the company which is mostly involved in trading. Hope SEBI comes and finds some shits. No Risk control, only an RMS person has to do the right job without having any control. If you the reader know about Risk or RMS will understand this. Usually, RMS has the power, but in this company every time RMS will have all the blame. Traders blame everything on RMS, their system problem also. Frankly VAR, MTM limits are a joke, limits like DPR are also changed for some users. It is just to say that they follow, but in reality, they don't. I don't know how the management is allowing this. Giving funds and no real RMS. I also don't know, some of them have made just around 7% return in an annum some below 2%, and still getting the funds. This is just because people are relative to the manager. For the world or the management, the traders are employees but in reality, they are relatives of the manager. I had a very bad experience in this company. My every effort was a waste. No Respect, nothing. When it comes to the HR part it is worst. Saturday also for shits they will call you to fort office (My office location was Ville Parle) and if you don't go, your salary will be deducted. And what they do is just an HR speech, New joined intro, and shits. I don't know what they think, they don't care about employee's rest. And one more thing, some people who are relatives enjoy the privilege. And no this is not the end, but I don't have more words to express in this review. I think this was my worst decision to join this company. Only join, when your department doesn't have any nepotism. For me, it was good that I switched within a few months, otherwise 3 months' notice might have eaten my career. Hopefully, if you join and your department is good then Best wishes.

And there is no timing system. Hr managements is worst ever. There is no professionalism. They never give respect to female staff and always do argument with them. Some people do not work there and also not let other people do there wotk.
