...d Supervisor. Micromanagement, Internal Promotions are totally biased and fixed. Company is more focused on cost cutting. Attrition rate are very high. Just because wrong people are getting promoted so company is loosing BEST people.

...d contract employee. Due to which contract loose the interest working with them. Even The third part EY do not pay pending amount after lots of follow up.

Dislikes

Contract employee are just taken for donkey work and company do involve them in team events and company events. Very partial to the permanent employee.

Recruitment experience was bad. Poor culture as TA team is from Castrol India. Really rude and demonstrated unprofessional behavior during salary negotiation and finalization. Poor manpower planning. Hired more project management professional then required. Job role became redundant post a year. There was lack of transparency during interview. I don't recommend BP.

Salary on time Work with peers from top tier organizations Company culture and engagements

Dislikes

Boring projects. Non scalable and more towards integration side. People with more number of years should only join if prefer work stability over learning curve Does not communicate initially on timings. Most of the projects are in UK shifts, I.e. 2 pm to 9 - 10 pm. Too much negotiation on salary and pay parity.

Likes

- Very good work life balance with lots of emphasis on employee wellbeing. - Decent compensation. - Flexible hybrid working. - Home to office and vise versa cab service at your convenient timings.

Dislikes

- No decent projects. Most of them are fairly average and many of the times get scrapped after a few years. - BP relies heavily on contractors to do the heavy lifting hence as a developer mostly you have to work with Infosys, IBM folks who do not care anything about the kind of work they deliver and are a pain to work with. - Lot's of middle managers with no technical knowledge or clue of what they are doing. - No clarity on promotions.
