Read below before you join bp: 1. BP do not believe in promotion, hence there is no promotion policy, you need to word at the designation what you have joined. There is IJP but they are not in your area also mostly not relevant to your profile. And the best part is that you need to get your immediate superviser's approval before you apply for the IJP, which you will never get. 2. No leaves you will get even if there is leave policies. If you get leaves, you need to do work from home for at least 4 to 6 hours. 3. Not only you will get calls after your shift hours to work but also on weekends. 4. You will get threatening from line manager to loose job if there is any single mistake. 5. At least 1.5 FTE job will be allocated to you. 6. No learning or personal improvement. 7. Biasness in shift hours - if line manager is happy with you then you will get less than 9 hours shift. 8. No much annual hikes. 9. No judgement on employee performance, no tracking mecanism to measure employee performance. 10. No work life balance.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
