However just like every other reputable Construction companies in Nigeria, job security depends mostly on the availability of contracts to sustain the payment of the workers. Bouygues Construction honestly speaking is well structured and properly managed by experts who pride with the high quality of jobs the company executes in many part of the Federation in Nigeria. It is extremely a big privilege to work with Bougygues Construction any where in the world.Its just ONE big family of happy hard working people that are open to recent innovation and readily adopts latest technology that garranty high quaility products ,safety and secruity of lifes and increase in productivity.Thanks

No system is completely perfect, BCNL has her shortcomings but since the good aspects exceed the bad, I will submit that the company with time and more support from the government and wealthy corporations and individuals, the company will overcome whatever that is lacking which in most cases beyond human factor.
