...t any cost. After so many years work I get 243000/- Rs check at full final time. My monthly salary is 107000/- and other expenses. But I silently sign the papers and take check and came home with my struggling family. No words to say any thing more. Broken heart.

Management very inexperience and greedy for money only. Not respect the senior employees and worker.

They dont deduct the salary if you are late and one can work easily without any pressure.

Other departments apart from IT have literally no knowledge what we guys do here and have no sense of professionalism

It was amazing experience. I used to enjoy my work because i just love to interact with people. And here my work was just released to that, every day i used to learn something new.

Every thing was good but because of this lockdown things went wrong and i was not satisfied with my salary over there .

It's indeed a place where if you have knowledge you will work as there is no leg pulling. Atmosphere is good but at the same time too slow.

You have to work by your own knowledge there is not too much support from management side.

Good job security if don't do blunder then they won't kick out you . Work culture is okay people are supportive in which section i do work . Company policy is okay not too much good .

Increment and appraisal is very tough process to get.
