The worst part is that there are no pros. From afar it appears to be a great concept but the management lacks ethics of working and co founder seems to have multiple personality disorder

Dislikes

To start with there is no pay. They tell you about the how you will be compensated but then never pay you. It is defined as an incentive based payout but then there is only work and no incentive. They have no issues of lying to their clients and one of the founders does seem to understand how actually an organisation works and succeeds because anything that comes out of his mouth is a lie. They project to be a big organization and instead they are nothing. Project they have so many systems designed to help brands and charge from them but again the co founder decides everything and everything is done manually. They tell their clients that they believe in transparency but anything and everything they say is a lie. To make matters worse the co founder pretends to be a brand consultant with a fake name and fake account to have a higher hand over brands so that they don't think the organisation does not have many employees. To them sales is not the best representation of their brand it's an illusion of the organisation they sell to other companies. Also they defraud their employees to make money off of them.
