Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Working in bounce has only one benefit that you can use trampoline whenever you feel like.

Dislikes

Salary is too low for the work that they are giving specially donkey work, employees are not at all treated well, 15-16 year old kids are working as a part timer who has no clue about medical first aid, incentive structure is shit - 3 months for 2% incentive that too after 6 months of probation period, which was also group incentive not and individual. After you leave the company while serving notice period if any medical emergency happens your salary is stopped, your incentives for previous month is not given to you and there are not enough employees to handle a particular task so even if an individual has a very urgent medical emergency they have to come to work anyhow.
