...duction team, we all are working as a team and we get best result from our team. in this period of covid-19 one single day not dedudcted of salary from the employees thanks to our MD sir for supporting the all employees. my second family is BDPL. my mom telling me in this covid-19 period all indias employees are was now unemployment but in your factory fully support to the employees thanks BDPL.

Company is good and owners are bery nice. Decent work environment and culture. Salary is paid on time without any delays. Even covid time there was no deductions in salary. You get free Accommodation and food*

Less Involvement of top level management leads the company Good will down. Employees are not happy by the unprofessional behavior. You get a company number to use but its being tracked for spider trap, Food they provide is not for the benefit of employees but just for those who are incharge of it. Personal Privacy has nothing to do here, as you are in surveillance radar by driver, guard, cook, employees etc., who will make note of things you do in and out of the company. They hire people with zero managerial skills and unprofessional behavior for senior level. Payscale is not attractive in most levels. Employees attrition rate is in the peaks due to false allegations, localities politics, unprofessional behavior, bullying, work life balance, frustrating work environment, Senior management. Basically people who is working like a puppet can survive here with support. Its hard to work here with people who have 2 different faces and those who backstab's us from behind.

Management is not good, always rush into Employees personal and private life. No freedom and privacy is there. Management is not technically qualified as a result of which an Employee can not learn anything. Very poor in Environment protection.
