The organisation is a technology oriented research institute which conduct needs based research and development in focused areas.The mandate is to identify ,develop and or adapt appropriate innovative technology solutions through co-creation and collaboration.To be part of a team which has passion for technology and create high quality softwares,systems and other technologies has enabled me to enhance my skills and opened my eyes to seek problems and provide solutions.I get to travel also to other regions within our country learning their culture and how technology can improve their lives mostly in rural areas.Also teamwork within this organisation has helped elevate myself and other colleagues not only within work premises but also in life outside work.

Dislikes

The salary and compensation is very low but there is lot of work or pressure at times.I work more than stipulated working hours sometimes just to try and finish the project on time as there is a lot to be done.our managers assign us to more than one project at a time and that create lot of work and pressure at times.It is very rare also to establish development training courses which is needed to enhance our skills to pursuit a particular project.
