A very low graded company. Like seriously management looks more deeply into employee personal life but not into professional life. All they want to know is what he is doing, whom he is talking to, and all other non sense, I felt it like a prison For showoff they have all the Food standard certificates, international certificates, of course which they bought with money. Recently they got certified as Great place to work, for which they spent many lakhs. In Terms of material they do buy material at cheaper cost from local companies and sell it to foreign companies showing that they have processed on their own. They have many big officials from the Industry to show that they have capacity to process anything. Inactual they don't process anything. You will feel very pressurized here because they don't have systematic work, there will not be any coordination among departments at all and still they expect to complete within time. Every month they introduce new policy, which focuses on taking away employee's benefits. They don't want any employee to be benefitted at all.

Dislikes

The toxic work environment created by the company's leadership resulted in an alarmingly high attrition rate. Many talented individuals left the organization due to the oppressive atmosphere and lack of support. This high attrition rate not only impacted the company's productivity but also showcased the detrimental effects of the toxic culture. Botanic has an unhealthy obsession with long working hours and unrealistic expectations. Employees are expected to sacrifice their personal lives and well-being for the sake of meeting unattainable targets. This causes burnout. Botanic fails to give meaningful opportunities for professional growth and development. This company promotes favoritism, where career advancements and rewards like increments are given to unethical people who follow in the footsteps of the founders. This company is plagued by a lack of transparency from top to down. I am just waiting for the right opportunity to leave this organization, or should I call it a horror house?

Absolutely nothing except the marketing strategies they have.

This is a number 1 fraud company. This toxic company should serve as a warning to all potential job seekers. The company's culture is abysmal. Instead of fostering team work and collaboration, the management encourages cutthroat competition among employees, pitting us against eachother for thier own amusement. It was an emotionally draining and demoralizing experience, leaving me questioning my own self-worth. They lack transparency and honesty. The 5 star reviews posted here are a plot initiated by the HR team there, who are a couple of senseless puppets. They do so to increase the comapny's rating in AmbitionBox so they can hire employees. Each negative feedback is the grave truth and should not be swept under the rug. The leadership of this company is utterly incompetitent. They demonstrate a compalete disregard to their employees' wellbeing, focussing solely on short -term profits and power plays. They disregard work-life balance or personal growth. Worse still, there is lack of professionalism throughout the organization. Important decisions are made on a whim, without any logical rationale or consideration of consequences. This company is a cautionary tale of what happens when leadership fails, and employees are treated as expendable resources. I strongly advise anyone considering a position at this company to steer clear. Your mental and emotional well-being are worth more than any job opportunity. Here's one example of how low the management and the founders of the company stoop to: They try to use their female sales people to lure male purchase people. Not every woman would be ready for that due to thier moral values, and those people are then given a hard time by the management in terms of work pressure. The women who are ready to give in and behave sleezy become the favourites of the founders, given abnormal hikes, and also has the inviation into their personal spaces. Everyone in the company and industry know about this. How cheap can a person be, being in the position of a founder, use his employee who is 10 years younger to use her for his personal benefit? Do they know what it is to be a professional? Pathetic. The innocence of the existing employees who still work to earn money, bread and butter for their families are what makes it more hostile. A new joiner will never understand it for the first 6 months. Even if you have started association with new customers from scratch, and the 5th month of your employement arrives, the management starts playing their trump card saying there was no sales. If you show them the new customers you built, the founders say we were already in touch with them, this is not a new company for us. Which is a lie. By the 5th month they would have taken all your customer database, and will tell you to separate before your 6 months as thats their sole plan. They are now in the verge of selling this company to investors and are inviting them to the factory, and headoffice. The investors are enquiring about this company from outside sources and trying to find out the credibility of this company to gauge them. Since 2 years they are not able to bag 1 investor. Thats what they are capable of - "NOTHING". Do not trust the founders of this company. They are frauds, trying to sell you an incapable factory, and work-force. They also came in news previously that the factory is failing in waste water management and polluting the water source in the locality of the factory. When this became a news, that when they treated the issue and then boast themselves of providing a clean water supply. Bloddy jokers. The factory manufactures nothing in-house. Its only for show. Maybe 1 or 2 ingredients would be produced there. Rest all ingredients, "ALL INGREDIENTS" are being traded from cheap sources, and they claim themselves as manufacturers. Their QA department head keeps changing every 4 months, as no one is capable of producing fake documents that materials are being manufactured. Their accounts department is facing hell as their accounts are in a big mess because they claim to be a MNC, with 400 cr turnover when the reality is barely they are a 100cr company. This company is running in debt by taking loans from banks which is why it survived this far. They used up all the money in participating in trade shows all over the world, bribing authorizing bodies to get certificates, and to hire litigators in the company. Their Organic materials are a lie. Their materials fail in customer audits. One international customer literally denigrated one of the founders when the material failed at their customs testing and when the MD spoke like an imbecile. This company is a failure and the company owners should face the retribution for troubling the employees and face hell.
