No work life balance No HR policy Worst management Totally like Lala’s shop (usse bhi khrab) They give salary If anyone new joins who has worked with decent company before, I guarantee they won’t last more than 2 or 3 months. Never join boston they trap employees with the security deposit scam. They make sure to security amount just to trap people so they don’t leave the job because of the money they’re owned. This place is a complete nightmare. Don’t fall into their trap. Make sure you know what you’re getting into before considering a job here. And one more important thing is, The company pays salaries from personal account instead of the company account. This makes difficult for employees to provide salary proof to future employers. Proper salary slip and payments from the company account are needed.

Mujhe company ka kaam sahi lagta hai.... sabke liye ek hi rules h... Company ki managemnt hamare saath khadi h... corona mein b bht help ki thi hamari...

Salary... 10th ko aati h... but humhe isse koi dikkat nahi hai.. kyunki.. humhe jarurat hoti h toh advance mil jata h...

Salary on time. increment if delayed will be paid from Dur date. increment always do as per industry . Top management always keep in touch with you

There is no dislike as I have worked in MNC too but there is very bad culture as compare to Boston Work culture

... Some time they do not treat you as employee they can treat you as servant too. They doesn't want to pay for your leaves what they promised during interview. they doesn't have there HR
