1. Toxic work culture 2. They treat you like machines 3. Managers are not supportive. 4. Taking leaves is a battle in its own 5. Work first, health, family, everything comes second. U are a bad employee if you are leaving on time from office. Even saturdays n sundays are not free. 6. CEO is abusive & a bully. 7. Doesn’t have room for creative employees. Just do what the management asks u to do. Don’t imply your mind.

Negative Work Environment: The Workplace fosters a negative atmosphere, particularly for those who prefer to work independently. HR Team The HR team is largely ineffective. They require everyone to come into the office daily,yet the HR manager only shows up infrequently. If you raise a complaint , HR manager quickly shares it with the relevant parties Scrum Master The scrum master seems to rely heavily on directives from HR and CPQ Director,rather fulfilling the roles effectively. when someone tries to take initiative as a scrum master ,often seeks to push them out. Director (CPQ) It's questionable whether this company truly values to the role of the Director.Many dedicated employees often have left due to director behavior and attitude. He appears cruel,self serving ,preferring surround himself with yes-men and women. If someone doesn't give him attention he seeks, he may try to sabotage their reputation and cornered them. he often share irrelevant anecdotes ,lack professionalism,acting in a backstabber manner. he delegate a task to select few but got their credits and project him to the management. "Recently, during layoff director has protected their ( yes- men and women) regardless of their performance often extending his favoritism. Rather than "Boston Harbor Consulting" a more fitting name might be "Families harbor consulting" reflecting the company true's priorities. You can see the CTO family members ,Director YES (Men and Girls)
