Scam !! Be Aware !! They are biggest fraudsters you can't even dream of. They used to give us only 30% salary saying that company is facing some business issues and it will come to normal after 6 months. But these devils have not paid back our money. They still owe me 4 Lakh INR. Please don't believe them. Its Better to work for NGO.

ceo is dumb and very rude and cruel simply does firing people calling them to mumbai from different cities and even cancel's the return flight so that employees are stuck and doesn't even open the office door . no body should join this company

Everything about this place is so toxic that you cannot believe such a thing even exists. The management is so pathetic that it is scary to work with them after a point. If you want to experience a living hell then join this place.

Job stability. As they can't hire easily so they don't fire easily. If you don't have any other options in life then pls go ahead. Just note that Boston Analytics and Espalier.ai are same.

Salary delays. And it's perpetual. They don't do appraisals and promotions. Only namesake. People are stuck at same role and designations for years. They defaulted on payments to vendors. On employees salaries. To have a clean slate launched another company/brand Espalier.ai. Beware!!
