Good company in terms of salary and woking hours but if someone gets comfortable with that than it will be go against you at the time of Appraisal.

Mangement have no clue what product they are launching and service center is so bad that the person on the floor have to face the customer who is not satisfied with the service center . No value for the hard working employee.

Salary get on time, employees are friendly & supportive. Helping to each other in any situation. Customer service is also good. Proper training also but onpy for 11-12 days No politics in this store thats very good thing.

No job security because in bose & in apple lot of technical thing is there if u r not enthusiasm on technology then u can't learn plenty things in 2 weeks. Company dnt give plenty chances. 2nd thing if employees do little bit mistake then also colleague report to their senior, see everyone having their own weakness that does'nt means complain to senior or city manager about small small thing, they can directly explain to that guy. It looks that we are in school If any one do mistake like coming late 7-10min in any situations, not proper iron 1 or 2 days thn also they give feedback to city manager. During probation period mns upto 6 months they can fired in any time after warning regarding work, behaviour or anything. Here they see employees behaviour each & every small thing Guys please join bose if u r enthusiasm of technology otherwise its difficult to learn plenty things in 2-3 weeks. If u don't give demo properly after training period then force u for resignation

I was working in Bose company till 2years. Salary there was giving very low.. Can't able to be happy in that salary.. Teammates are very worst y because there where not helping us.. Only there was asking targets.. Not happy in work Bose..

As working in the brand we have earn a little trust on customers.. That motivates us... But only few customers are happy with the brand.. Being a Bose employee has changed my personality when I joined the company. But now everything has changed

After covid brand reputation and working structure has been complete disaster. New seniors heads behave like a roadside dealers.. Not as a sophisticated people who handles brand as their family.. And it's been a pretty bad experience since Aug 2022
