Training is one of them mostly liked thing in boscosoft, Because, It trains people who are struggling to get opportunities to explore their knowledge and skills. Teams are good, good environment for learning, work, career growth. But the package provided here is low since it is an trust institution. That is the only reasonable aspect which pushes the employees to leave out and look for other companies. Other than this, the company has got good values and opportunities for an individual to equip themselves in an efficient way.

You will never be appreciated for your good works. You will be appreciated in private and questioned/refused in public. A big role of partiality takes place in every circumstance of an employee.
