It's a privilege to be working for BOSCH, which is a wonderful place to work. The work culture is great and there is ample opportunity for learning and growing oneself. Management is very supportive.

Salary is slightly lesser than general industry standards.

Salary is not up to the market standard. Salary will not be normalised in regular basis based up the performance and experience.

Very supportive teammates. Bonus shall be paid more than 100% Hikes is reasonably good.

Dislikes

No transparency in appraisals, some departments are 150% overloaded. Middle level manager needs to be more professional and responsible. Health insurance is very poor.

Good teammates & Higher management. Comparatively better job security. Enough training programs, according to department work stress will vary but still okay. Canteen and free food.

Dislikes

Less salary for same post and experience than other competitors. Insurance programs and features are minimal.

Work and personal life can be well balanced.

Dislikes

Pay is not good. No appreciation for good work. There are some departments where you don't get onsite at all. If you are willing to join Bosch please think of joining as a lateral with good Base salary and don't believe HR's false promise at the time of salary negotiation.
