Excellent company for beginners to gain experience of MNC, Company will give you good food, better transportation, salary is enough and more than any company offered for diploma candidates, associates are verry kind and supportive overall good company.

Dislikes

There no hope for Permanent or Full time jobs only Contracts or Apprenticeship. There nothing in the name of skill development they will give you one department for one year. Company will give good facility to survive but all the doors for your future will be closed.

CBx Value stream (Common rail diesel Pump) • BPS: ❖ Preparation of value stream mapping (VSM) & value stream Design (VSD). ❖ Deployed multiple standards in the value stream as a part of standardized work drive from BPS such as change-over work instructions, changeover matrix etc. CB08 PPAP: ❖ Created multiple trial orders and pilot orders as a part of new product launch (PPAP) and consolidated end-to-end data to ensure complete transparency of components. ❖ Created control plans, work instructions and setup verifications for new products. ❖ Reduced leakage in Bearing end Plate (BEP) interface in pump thereby reducing internal defect cost. ❖ NOTE: I am Reduced Flatness of Vane pump (VP) interface in pump thereby reducing internal defect cost.

There a few senior people who actually try to give you actual engineering work and be a little helpful but that’s about it.

...out while all the old heads are securing their jobs for the next 10 years. And ofcourse the salary. You’re lucky if you get paid anything over 150€ a month.

Working in BOSCH is dream for some of bachelor but beside good package and working in department like process development, industrial engineering, design engineering is best i.e. good skill development lot of brain work required working in these department is challenge. But other than these department working ins terrible continue nights shift , overtime, working on Sunday, no appreciation for work, no recognization of your hard work. At last I would like to say if you want good salary it is best job ever.But if you have to grow in particular field you need to switch.
