Very supportive teammates. Bonus shall be paid more than 100% Hikes is reasonably good.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No transparency in appraisals, some departments are 150% overloaded. Middle level manager needs to be more professional and responsible. Health insurance is very poor.

People who stay long time in Bosch mostly end up having very low package compared to the market standards ,but the new joiners to the Bosch gets more and more . Salary correction happens very rarely
