Working in BOSCH is dream for some of bachelor but beside good package and working in department like process development, industrial engineering, design engineering is best i.e. good skill development lot of brain work required working in these department is challenge. But other than these department working ins terrible continue nights shift , overtime, working on Sunday, no appreciation for work, no recognization of your hard work. At last I would like to say if you want good salary it is best job ever.But if you have to grow in particular field you need to switch.

Changing trends towards Indian work culture, useless cost cutting, workers with attitude because of grand packages (more than what a assistant mgr earns), and the worst one is production department...

Learning opportunities are good. Colleagues also cooperative Work environment quite good. Work life balance improving day by day.

...nted bosses. Sad part is even after taking EVR they hold grudge against you. Bad bosses do not pay but infact are paid more Bosses exploit their subordinates to the max. Company as whole is good but due to such bosses and their dirty politics smart people leave the company.

Lots of technical advances, internal server was good maintained, pay was on time, surrounding good maintained, parking area is large, idea scheme was very innovative

Ego of people, Some person has lot of work and some has not
