U can totally improve on only indoor worker... But outdoor worker means Bosch and Siemens home appliances technician verry poor salary ... PF and ESI facilities not include ..but hevey risk on outdoor worker in Bosch please provide on PF and ESI facilities on Bosch and Siemens Home appliances technician... Systems oriented company not person oriented. Team mates are supportive.

...t. Management and many staff people work extra hours almost thoughout the years. Still there is meager or very less incremente or salary hikes, career growth is slow. There's no gaming arcade, no place for chilling, very least extra cariculer activities.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgroungs, and we work happily in collaboration.

Job safety are declining...and HR policies and compensation are not up to the mark....career development are in controled by Dept . Head....and no transparency exist
