Very supportive teammates. Bonus shall be paid more than 100% Hikes is reasonably good.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No transparency in appraisals, some departments are 150% overloaded. Middle level manager needs to be more professional and responsible. Health insurance is very poor.

U can totally improve on only indoor worker... But outdoor worker means Bosch and Siemens home appliances technician verry poor salary ... PF and ESI facilities not include ..but hevey risk on outdoor worker in Bosch please provide on PF and ESI facilities on Bosch and Siemens Home appliances technician... ...t. Management and many staff people work extra hours almost thoughout the years. Still there is meager or very less incremente or salary hikes, career growth is slow. There's no gaming arcade, no place for chilling, very least extra cariculer activities.
