Culture Job Security , if you don't want to grow . learn new things and status quo is good enough then I guess it's good.

Promotion salary both are pathetic , you don't Promotion for almost 10 years .This is the biggest flaw . Seriously they are struggling with underemployment since organization is Big. Processes are so stringent and can not be challenged. Decision making would take such a long time . Any ways if you have identity crisis and need good company to rely your identity on I guess it's good company else not.

U can totally improve on only indoor worker... But outdoor worker means Bosch and Siemens home appliances technician verry poor salary ... PF and ESI facilities not include ..but hevey risk on outdoor worker in Bosch please provide on PF and ESI facilities on Bosch and Siemens Home appliances technician... There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...t. Management and many staff people work extra hours almost thoughout the years. Still there is meager or very less incremente or salary hikes, career growth is slow. There's no gaming arcade, no place for chilling, very least extra cariculer activities.
