...aking. Many managers are toxic, shout openly in public and are not professional. Very toxic work culture and think twice before applying Visited Bangalore office for 2 weeks and it was more bad Salary is very very bad and no growth

Specifically, its about teammates who are extremely supportive and cooperative. they helped me through all my learning,guide me trough out my career as well as involve in critical tasks so i can enhance my skills.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

...adjust partial and biased appraisals then this one is good organization for you. Take salary and calm down kind of organization. Most of the higher management and dept head favoured females in all aspects to get their personal favours, so for females this place is like heaven

...Daily four hours of travelling from ahemdabad CTM to company. 5. No breakfast 4. 8/10% of salary part includes RAA, which means when you left organization, you have yo return that portion of salary (when you left organization from that date to previous 3 years salary RAA). Means you will stuck here if you dont Want to let go your hard earn money. I paid 55000-60000. 5. So basically if you are in very average company then good to join here, but you any other good opportunity then you should prefere suitable.

I am doing cotract (bhavani) work in that company . salary still 18೦೦೦/- but cab not available .before i am going to public transport but still company covid19 safty purpose some cab provide all contract woker with alli employee

...th all the rules of the organisation, gets knowledge about the company and work. Salary/apprasal depends how you smoothly with the Boss. Job secure depends on Boss, good for learning,work environment is Ok, much high politics,not much travel depends on Boss, good in innovative, work life balance is quite good...

Not getting promotion, No appraisal,no traveling, very good in Politics, teammates depends by personality, training depends on approval by Boss, etc..
