...ce. No accountability to customer complaints. Typical corrupt beaucracy mindset. Low salary. Not suitable for women who want to progress in career. GRC and POSH are for namesake. Policies are not employee friendly.

Expected CTC in current market
Hello all, I joined Automotive industry as a fresher in 2021. Currently I am a Senior Engineer in the same company with 3.5 Yoe( 8.9 LPA). I am experienced in C++ linux development, Android Development, Unit testing , integration testing , etc. The current situation in the company is degrading with no future scope and less projects. I am looking for a switch with better pay. How much do you think I can fetch in current market?
