Expected CTC in current market
Hello all, I joined Automotive industry as a fresher in 2021. Currently I am a Senior Engineer in the same company with 3.5 Yoe( 8.9 LPA). I am experienced in C++ linux development, Android Development, Unit testing , integration testing , etc. The current situation in the company is degrading with no future scope and less projects. I am looking for a switch with better pay. How much do you think I can fetch in current market?

Nothing everything is getting worse here starting from work culture to every other benefits nothing is good to like

Dislikes

Work life balance dead. Salary not even enough to run a family of 2. Promotions only politics. Work satisfaction worst because of the above points. Skill development you don't even get time to learn and money to invest.

Fraudulent #Hire4Retire – Trap for New Joinees! Low salary, outdated benefits, and junk laptops. No job security – silent firing through PIP, no warning, no completion wait. No promotions – only managers' favorites move up. Toxic management – manipulative, biased, and self-serving. Germany hires freshers as Product Owners, forcing experienced employees to report to clueless interns. They sell you #Hire4Retire when you join, but it’s a lie—only managers' favorites survive. Everyone else is disposable. Avoid this trap!
