Bosch is a great company that provides numerous learning opportunities within the department as well as in the organisation level. Bosch provides multiple networking opportunities that helps in the long run. Another point about Bosch that I like is the free food. I live in Bangalore and the lifestyle is very expensive here so the food everyday saves a lot monthly.

Dislikes

Everything is great in Bosch except the salary and also the hike.

- Work life balance will be good - Free food and snacks for breakfast, lunch. - Job security.

Dislikes

- Professional growth is poor - Salary will not grow to face inflamation - You may do excellence in your role you wil not get promotion untill you reach some threshold number of years - Since many people working here are from service based, We will not be able to feel the culture of a product company - Software Development culture is poor

Work life balance, employee centric approach and compensation revision are good things.

Since last few years, organization restructuring is happening, it is causing some troubles in project allotment to employee and some internal issues are there bcoz of it.

Work environment is very good. Good work life balance. Plenty of opportunities to learn.

Dislikes

Compensation could be better. It would be better if job rotation was easier for roles where there are no learnings.

...supportive. In company there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair based on you department projects and bonus every year.
