Work life balance, promotion, salary hike, work satisfaction all depends on your manager and not the company. But there is no feedback mechanism for a manager from his/her teammates. Therefore they can play around according to their wish. Bosch should realy consider this point seriously

BGSW overall is a great place to work. But there should be some regulations on Internal teams/group. To take care that there is no breach in bosch ethics

An amazing place to work with very good work culture. Lot of learning opportunities and career development opportunities. Work life personal life balance is very good.

Very less compensation and allowances compared to competitors. HR activities and recruitment processes are too much lagging and not professional.

Most of things are okay, Food is good, but they are also planning to cut off that. Work pressure is not there in atleat my team.

No hike. 4 days office compulsory. No promotion no bonus. But so many rules and regulations. Always comes with new rules for not growing the associates.
