There are many reasons why i gave you poor rating first of all there is no respect for trainees. They teach us nothing about new technology. The payment as compare as compare to work is less. The behavior of seniors are rude.

Im very happy to having a part a BOSCH compny... I learned lot of new things regarding manufacturing sysetm and production how to to work,and i learned lot of new things in bosch...so my overall experience is gud....

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow.superviser and manger do not value for individuals works.in bosch company trainee engineers not treat gud there is different rule for traine and permanent.

Good culture for working, big brand name in market, package revised time to time to meet market comparisons, so many facilities available like bus, canteen etc. Flexi in timing. Colleagues are very supportive. Employees motivation program is available

...SCH they offeres 15k with 3 y of period and free canteen/ free transportation .. there is no pf,esi,bonus for over time ( OT) u will get double payment . it means if u r working for 12 h u will get double payment. COMPANY :- very popular company work in 3 shifts but location is out of city i.e chakhan area . its not developed area where there is no public transport ( govt bus) to visit company u have to manage by your own bike to visit. but bosch has 15+ buses all over PUNE 50 km radius..dont rent any room to chakan it worst area cause it is surrounded by eneducated people , chances of extortion and theft, is common in this area. lack of facilities like shortage of water, mall, theater, super market, canteen. i recommend you to search room in chinchwad area its good to spend your remaing time after work . TRANSPORTATION :- bus facility is there all across the pune try to make a room near by pick up point.. WORK ENVIRONMENT :- very hard work is there in specially ABS and noah dept.

COMPANY:- dont treat properly to trainees compare to permanant staff. even in canteen also they make lot of diffrerence while providing food ( specially chapati).. CANTEEN:- its purely veg. but good quality except chapati.. they provides hard chapati ( without oil , bad in taste) to trainees and soft ( good quality) one to permanant. break fast :- kachori, samosa,idli,poha,tikhat shevaya,bhajji.sabudana khichadi/vada. night shift - milk and biscuit/khari /cream roller . unlimited food :- every friday there will be special food ( srikhand, shira, gulab jamun etc) limited. for festival food will be special.
