Sallery is decent but career don't growth career as well as slow.there is bond of 3 year before which you can not resine, before the month, company call to me& say 'plz join company & our company started before 2 month ,and I also told him,our area is containment zone,& they tell u don't come a company,,

The working atmosphere of Bosch pune is great. Every one maintain the discipline of company. For the fresher their are so many things to learn.

The salary of trainee is so minimum as compared to other employees.

Good salary in a comparison with other companies, but no growth for trainee's. You are like robot only just do your work take salary and no need to use your mind for extra work. No training for maintenance work.

They have good working environment, support from seniors, on time salary, good for freshers who are interested in production as a career. So overall it was nice working experience as they have empathy towards their employees and shows support and care towards their employees.

As per i rated above the salary is given on time and you also have a bus and canteen service.

There are many reasons why i gave you poor rating first of all there is no respect for trainees. They teach us nothing about new technology. The payment as compare as compare to work is less. The behavior of seniors are rude.
