Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow.superviser and manger do not value for individuals works.in bosch company trainee engineers not treat gud there is different rule for traine and permanent.

This one is my first company and I had great experience with it. Bosch is always stand for safety and quality and I totally agree this. The environment is friendly and superior are always helpful. My colleague are from different state and religious but it's help to work like a team. I'm really happy and it's pleasure to work with it and part of world's leading company.
