...he work culture is the worst, specially if you're looking to join noida office. I literally have no words, they are highly politicized, first they would lure you with huge pay and later they won't even let you clear your probation period,you would be fired even before completing probation period. Their merger now bike, had made the workplace toxic, they won't let you grow. You would be fired, without any reason,no matter how well you perform and how long you serve because they want to replace you with their relatives. It is a highly unstable organization. I would never ever suggest this organization even to my worst enemies. If you want to play with career, just for the greed of few extra thousands, you're most welcome.

Everything is comes under dislike if your your job is not secure, you can be laid off anytime, organization have no vision to grow. It will go shut down for sure in future just because of senior management is vision less and Just saving their job by laying off good employees on the name of cost cutting

It's A Enjoyable Job l Am Satisfy With The Job Before I Was Working In Borzo And I Was Not Having A Bike Or Scooty I Was Doing My Job By Walking Some Time With The Help Of Buses And Train But With The Very Kindness Of Borzo Within A 3 Months I Have Taken A Scooty Before I Was Earning 7 To 8 Thousand Now With The Scooty I Am Earning About 15 To 18 Thousand Thanks For My Brozo Organization Respected To All Staff Of Borzo From Amir Ahmed Siddique.
