Nothing, while Interviewing the Candidates they offer particular profile however after joining the organisation the Profile is completely changed

They deduct the Variable pay without any genuine reason, and when asked for reason, the HR Head tries to interpret the Employment clauses as per their wish. I completely wasted my relocation expenses and incurred additional losses

Collegues are Good and just like Family. Good salary Hike.

Dislikes

Worst work life balance. No time personal space. Need to carry laptop everywhere. Even have to do work daily even when you are on the vacation/sick.

Very bad behaviour of all Department head. Zero safety in plant. Shift schedule is very bad. All day daily doing 14 hour duty. Company joinig time say 8 Hour but actually 14 hr duty.

There are lot of things I would love to describe here 1. Company culture is so bad first day as they do not even arrange proper induction programme for new joiners. 2. No one is care whether you have joined or lef 3. High level of politics means I aslo came from 2, 3 organization but plant working culture is pathetic. 4.Food quality is worst 6. Huge working pressure every you have to extend 2 to 3 hour's 7. Doesn't matter how skilled you are you have to do donkey work at plant 8. There is no role of HR except signing joining form 9.I would not recommend any one to join BOROSIL no.matter jow much high they are paying because therr is mot work satisfaction for single way

No job security for 3rd party payroll. Less salary if you consider job profile & area you handle.

Dislikes

There is always stock issue. But you must able to achieve your target anyhow. No matter there is stocks available or not.
