Workplace environment is somewhat good.

1. Salary and increments are not as per industry standard. This is the issue faced by employees working under all partners. Many employees left this firm since last 2-3 years due to dissatisfaction with salary. 2. No incentives such as annual bonus, performance bonus are provided to employees. 3. HR policy and rules regarding many factors such as pay scale, increment cycle, parameters for appraisal, maternity leave etc. are unclear. There are different rules for different people. 4. Exposure and job satisfaction depend upon the partner. Unfortunately, I worked under a wrong partner and had an unsatisfactory experience. I had been promised a lot of things in terms of exposure and increment, which I never received.

I cannot see anything good in this firm and during covid, they don't inform us and deduct out salaries. They don't pay for internet and we have to spend extra, earn lesser. One partner said buy new laptop from your own money during Covid times.

... 2. They change policy as per situation and the policy will never benefit you 3. No paid leaves at all and they will deduct half day salary as well 4. Only 2-3 partners have big work, rest majority partners don't have good work

...02-2016 but i join again 01-04-2017 to till date do not increment even one time. The main problem of salary issue.. Thank you..

A good CA firm to work with. Anybody desirous of making a career in Service sector industry, can join B&M for initial work experience. Good firm from articleship view point.

The compensation to Professionals is a bit towards lower side.

Co workers and articles here are very good. Good work environment at junior and mid level.

Dislikes

Partners here are not co operative also no guidance is given related to work. you have to do all the work on your own. at a times partners also talk in very rude and derogatory manner. no respect is given by the partners.
