Working with borgwarner since 5yrs. Feel like its a second home to me. My managers ,colleagues are cooperative,helpful. My growth inside organisation is good though compensation benefits is average. Overall its a good working experience.

Nothing is to like in BorgWarner udyog vihar. Worst culture i have seen in my carrier.There is no team work. There is a other department interference. There is so much dirty politics. And production manager is not respecting the worker.
