Nothing much just salary u get on time.

Dislikes

No new learnings, too bad to join if u r fresher. They will put u on support only . Also so much workload . Not recommended if u r just fresher . At least 3 yr post u can join, only if u have good knowledge as no new learnings will be there all are support projects.

Even though my contract says Hybrid model, my manager lets me work from home. Though there is sometimes a pressure on the whole team that they need to join office for few weeks.

The Programming Managers (PM) are actually just Post Man from client end to the internal team and they undermine there fellow internal team co-workers and there is no growth in this company. Especially in my domain, there is scope but no proper execution is being made and we are expected to do

The environment within office floor, in general, is quite good. Keeps a person motivated enough to work.

Dislikes

The team culture of petty politics is very toxic so that kinda feels like it nullifies the whole "Great Place To Work" which the organization prides itself with. Apart from that, it's all good.
