BSF is one of the largest border guarding forces in the world. One gets exposure in many fields as there are options to go in deputation. We get opportunity to visit new places during our service period. Duties, rules & restrictions are transperent. Coys are given job training regularly to maintain professional knowledge of troops. Physical fitness, medical and Wpn tests are also given to know individuals capability. Over all a very responsible job.

...ity force is India's first line of defence. It's under control of home ministry. This is permanent job with good salary , bonus etc.

Lack of family life and difficult environment condition.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesnt address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow .

...d full very well and injoy our life very much.govt policy are good not exillent.they give good sallery and deewali bonus but this year covid19 crack the govt policy so we don't accept extra welfare.thanq
