Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Very bad work environment with no promotion and placement guarantee...They overall people working there are not at all friendly very politicious environment and you have to follow a lot of rules and regulations over there, like if you are late your salary will be deducted, if you are absent for some reason or take a half day leave your salary will be deducted if you complain on anything you will be fired by the new HR over there ...pls don't join there.....I have worked over there and have left the company because I suffered a lot with the overall workplace and the work environment
