As far as Backend culture is concerned in all terms like salary, working culture, management support, etc., BOP is a great organization to work. I have been working here in backend team since the last one and I find it really growth organization for back office staff. Sales staff may feel different and that is the same in every organization.

There is nothing to like about bop realty but humble request never join bop realty

Dislikes

Typically lala company, don’t know how to do business, money minded people, never think for their employees, selfish, if you will work there u have to beg for your salary. Working culture working environment is horrible
