Dislikes

Horrible place to work. They don't have any company policy or anything. But keep targeting individual. They change their terms of works waiting for moment you can't say NO, and ask you to leave immediately or follow there terms. The work culture is also very very toxic. They have timing as 10am to 7:30pm but expect you to stay for 8 minimum, if you take sometime off then, You need to cover it. Work-life balance is horrible. Asking for leaves is commiting a crime. Learning is also very bad. No industry standard are followed in name of startup.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
