Company is trying to get better at dealing with employees.

Dislikes

The work culture is a major issue. The peers are not normal, you feel the toxic environment and poor mentality peers degrade your office time. Leadership issues exist too. Company backs the toxic nature of particular set of employees and disregards the working ones. The HR is incompetent and rude. Unnecessary meetings are called absurdly and no questions are asked, it is an interrogation, HR collaborates in her own bubble, rarely picks up calls and replies.

Dislikes

Fraud. As per offer letter there was not mentioned for notice period serve option. After 6 month company didnt provide internship certificate. Only April month stipend slip received. From june suddenly stopped stipend. At the time of leaving resignation letter was submitted but marked as absconding. Stipend not given, no paper given, marked absconding. Personally informed not served notice period but it was not mentioned in the offer letter. Even not given joining letter as an employee. No Pf Esi.
