Amazing Product Manager culture with over 500+ PMs in the company. Everyone helping each other and learning while growing. The Work Life balance is simply the best I have experienced in my decade long career.

The Hikes could be better but the salary at each level is way above industry standard so it is fine.

The company is great to work for especially the culture. Join this place if you have an open mindset and enjoy the best times of your life. During the crisis unfortunately they failed for the very first time to keep employees motivated and happy.

During times of crisis employees who have helped build the company and reach where they are today, have been left alone. The layoff off can easily be saved and restructuring was not entirely necessary considering the company size and volume of business. They kept their balance sheets intact and let their people go and suffer. There were so many other measures they could have taken instead of laying off people. The pandemic has just been used as an excuse to reduce the number of people working. They have not realized the damage they have done with this and especially the procedure was absolutely unfair as regions decision makers especially in APAC have taken their personal grudges out in handpicking people they don't like to be laid off as there was no check and questions asked from LT or HR's. People have been told that their role is not required anymore and later employees who are saved have been asked to take control of the role of the person who has been laid off which essentially means the other role was not required. They said it is not on the basis of performance but they forgot to mention that it is on the basis of how well you keep your regional head happy.
