No Salary hike, No Job security. If you tell the truth you will be fire. No policy for employees. Working hour morning fix, evening no time.

Nothing to be liked for. Worst company culture, HR who is supported by all the senior authorities, employees are badly treated, everything is fake and no one can be trusted. Zero job security and you can be dragged out after using your skills for the benefit of the company.

Dislikes

Illiterate HR, hard working employees are not rewarded for giving their blood amd sweat to the company. All of them are misers at heart and blind to the growth of the employees. No fair policy and treatment. Low level politics and favourtism is their key to retain the employees which are of use to them.

Its a startup and like any other starup there is alot to learn and experiment. The culture is also great. One can explore his/her professional side to the core and grow and a professional.

Dislikes

Its not about the company, but I think all startup the journey is slow and a bit frustrating sometimes.
