I won't even give bangers for this hellacious place! There is nothing likable.

The whole organisation is established on a skullduggery basis, the owner is ill-mannered, self-centered and every single person over there is unpaid for months adding to the miserable fact that they have no structure of working harmoniously because none of them coordinate, the firm is in heavy debt as well owns much to their employees than their clients.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
