Poor Salary Structure and no growth after reaching to a certain post. Even, Poor HR Policies and their negligience towards handling basic issues of staff as well as Labour. No basic hierarchy is present and less observance towards quality.

Worst company to work for. Worst work culture. 12 hours shift. No work life balance. Whole management doesn't address your issues. No help from company even if you get into an accident. In all my career worst company. Whoever is going to join the sonipat branch of bonn please consider this.

Aap ko wahi karna jo over ko passed hai chahe wo sahi gai ya galat. Agar khud ki self respect ko bhool kar noukri kar sakte ho to bhout acchi company hai.
