You Employees: BONFIGLIOLI Excellent administration.But Although the employee's job is not permanent, experience pay and low salary increase is available. If you get a high salary increase, there is a chance to earn more than this income in another company after 3 years. This is my request!. I want to have permanent job in this company. There is no benefits to management catagory like engineer and senior engineer. No compensation for extra hours of working, bad culture of staying back late night, wrong HR policies.

Dislikes

...ve 65 leaves all will get lapsed. No payment for lapsed leaves. No Diwali bonus. Cost cutting destroying company culture.no team outings.
