You Employees: BONFIGLIOLI Excellent administration.But Although the employee's job is not permanent, experience pay and low salary increase is available. If you get a high salary increase, there is a chance to earn more than this income in another company after 3 years. This is my request!. I want to have permanent job in this company. I know I won't get it. A wish though!

I'm in training period, low salary but expect high production, don't have BF amount and Don't have security of job, safety also low and partiality in everything and management support for confirm staffs only

There is no benefits to management catagory like engineer and senior engineer. No compensation for extra hours of working, bad culture of staying back late night, wrong HR policies.

...ve 65 leaves all will get lapsed. No payment for lapsed leaves. No Diwali bonus. Cost cutting destroying company culture.no team outings.
